Returns


Ptahdus provides the following warranties listed below
• 12 month-warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus function garment gear
• 6 month-warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus li-polymer battery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

(1) Customers can contact our service team support@ptahdusgear.com and return the items to where the customer services tell without any fees if there are quality issues with the product itself. The money will be returned to the original payment method in 2-3 workdays. You can also contact our customer service team if they don’t receive the refund and will get response in 1-2 workdays.

(2) Customers can contact our service team support@ptahdusgear.comand return the items to where the customer services tell with paying shipping fees if the customers just want to change the items themselves. The money will be returned to the original payment method in 2-3 workdays. You can also contact our customer service team if they don’t receive the refund and will get response in 1-2 workdays.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Anyone who gets a full refund must simultaneously meet the following four conditions:

(1) The hanging tag has not been torn;

(2) The battery, charging cable, and plug are all in the package;

(3) The clothes were not cleaned or dirtied, but were only tried on and put back in the package;

(4) Our designated warehouse has received the goods and confirmed them to be correct.

If the above four conditions cannot be met simultaneously, we will charge a 20% restocking-fee.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ptahdusgear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ptahdus@gmail.com and send your item to: 9650 9th St Ste G Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730. 

(1) Customers can get an exchange without any fee and can contact our customer service: support@ptahdusgear.com if there are quality issues with the product itself.

Customers can get an exchange with shipping fee and can contact our customer service: support@ptahdusgear.com if the customers just want to change the items themselves.

Cancel Orders:

If are not being shipped out yet, customers can cancel the orders and should email to our customer service: support@ptahdusgear.com, and they will help cancel the orders; customers are not able to cancel the orders if they are in transit.



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to : Hebindonglu 6xiang 27hao,Liaobuzhen,Dongguan, 523000 Guangdong, China.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
