The jacket is too big/small for me. Can I exchange it for a different size?
Absolutely, if you need to exchange your jacket for a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt. Shipment cost of the return is paid by the customer. Items need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA #.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive the exchange. The customer is responsible for the two way shipping.
I regret buying it. Can I get a full amount refund for my clothes?
Sorry to hear that, but sure you can get a refund. First, return all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition and package within 30 days of receipt. Shipment cost of the return is paid by the customer. Contact us for a return label: email@example.com. Then, with our inspection, a full amount refund will be credited to your payment method.
Can I still exchange or return my jacket if it past the 30 days?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow exchanges or returns for items that have been received for over 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
