Currently, we are able to ship to every country in the world with the exception of Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
The customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping rates as that will be responsible by the buyer and not Ptahdus. Each country has their own customs and duty rates so it will vary. Typically, the duties and taxes are to be paid before the final delivery. For our international customers, please keep this mind.
Once an order is placed on our website, it will ship out the next business day or in 2 business days during the peak winter season. Generally, shipments take about 10-15 business days. Delays can occur due to bad weather, incorrect addresses, peak winter season and delays in customs clearance which are uncontrollable.

We can change your shipping address as long as the product has not been shipped and not in the processing status. If the package has shipped already or is already in the process of shipping, we cannot change the address and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives safely. Taking care of the battery is very important to ensure the performance and life span. When the battery is not in use, be sure that it is placed in room temperature and fully charged. Also, you should recharge it every 3 months.
From empty, the battery will take roughly 8 hours to a full charge
A fully charged battery will last approximately 8-10 hours on low, 5-6 hours on medium, or 2-3 hours on high heating, if all 5 zones heating chip are activated
Here are things you can do:Firstly, determine the problem (check if the battery still charges other devices, whether the light is on while charging, etc), send us photos or videos of the problem at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we’ve confirmed the parts are defective, we will send you a replacement.
Ptahdus provides the following warranties listed below:
90 days warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus function garment gear
30 days warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus li-polymer battery
All warranty begins on the date of receipt.
Finding the best size can be a challenge as there isn't a one size fits all option. With each individual having their own unique body frame and sizes, sizing can be difficult. You should check out the size chart, the actual model’s size or customer reviews to help you decide. If in the end, it doesn’t fit the way you want, we have the option to help you get an exchange going.

Absolutely, if you need to exchange your jacket for a different size, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt. Items need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA #.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive the exchange. The customer is responsible for the two way shipping.
Sorry to hear that, but sure you can get a refund. First, return all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition and package within 30 days of receipt. Shipment cost of the return is paid by the customer. Contact us for a return label: firstname.lastname@example.org. Then, with our inspection, a full amount refund will be credited to your payment method.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow exchanges or returns for items that have been received for over 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
