Is there a warranty available? How long does it cover?

Ptahdus provides the following warranties listed below

1-Year warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus function garment gear, 180 days warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of Ptahdus li-polymer battery

All warranty begins on the date of receipt.

My pocket warmers aren’t working, what is going on?

Here are things you can do:

Firstly, determine the problem (check if the battery still charges other devices, whether the light is on while charging, etc), send us photos or videos of the problem at support@ptahdusgear.com. Once we’ve confirmed the parts are defective, we will send you a replacement.
